The last and optional step that RAFIS offers is monitoring the progress of the measure implementation. Tasks can be assigned for each control. The person to whom a task is assigned, of course, does not necessarily have to perform the task himself, but only have to make sure that it is carried out. A second person can be appointed to carry out an independent assessment as far as possible on the correct implementation of the measure.

When recording a task, you can choose to send notifications by e-mail. RAFIS sends a reminder of the task by e-mail when the deadline has passed. The reviewer of a controle can mark a task as 'finished' via a link in the received mail.
